As a Founder and Managing Member of several real estate and development firms, he has a proven track record in developing, marketing, and managing resort residential communities in locations throughout the Southeast and Southwest US, Colorado, Central America, and the Caribbean.
Throughout his career, Blake has held various leadership roles in the resort real estate industry and has been instrumental in developing and redeveloping assets. In 2015 the designation of Registered Resort Professional was awarded to him by the American Resort Development Association. Blake is also committed to sustainability and has facilitated the protection of over 5,000 acres of land in partnership with The Nature Conservancy. He is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute and the Green Building Council.
Blake proudly attended Clemson University where he studied Civil Engineering and Political Science, and currently serves on the advisory board for Tigers United, a consortium of 4 tiger mascot universities. He is a respected voice in the industry and is regularly quoted in several publications such as the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Forbes. Blake is an avid investor and currently splits time between the Vail Valley, Florida, and the Caribbean.

Jeff Boyd
Mr. Jeff D Boyd, Managing Director of MMC N.V. and Chairman of Anaconda LTD. Mr. Boyd is best known for his role in the Yachting Industry from a small startup to a multinational corporation. With over 35 years of experience operating successful businesses, it goes without saying he has earned his name as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the Yachting Industry.
In 1995, Jeffery D. Boyd founded CMMC N.V., a marine management consulting company. CMMC prepared all design work and layouts, as well as, managed all facets of construction for various marinas. In 2004 Island Global Yachting acquired CMMC N.V. in a buy out and Boyd went on to become a founder and Executive Vice president of IGY Worldwide Operations. From the period 2004 to 2009, Mr. Boyd was responsible for operations of all facilities throughout the Caribbean, North America, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East.
In 2009, Mr. Boyd parted ways with IGY and formed and incorporated MMC N.V., a marine management consulting firm focused completely on the design, construction and management of mega yacht marinas. Since it’s founding, MMC N.V. has successfully completed various phases of design, construction, marketing and management for the following Caribbean marinas; Yacht Club Isle de Sol, Yacht Club Port de Plaisance, Yacht Club at Porto Cupe Coy, Portofino Marina, etc.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Michael Mathius
Michael Mathius is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, excelling in roles as a general manager and chief financial controller. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing operations and finances, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of the hospitality industry.
As a seasoned general manager, Michael has successfully led and supervised diverse teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. His strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills have consistently delivered outstanding results, earning him a reputation for operational excellence.
With a deep understanding of financial management, Michael has effectively controlled budgets, analyzed financial data, and implemented strategies to drive profitability. His expertise in financial control and strategic planning has played a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams, improving cost-efficiency, and enhancing overall financial performance
Building upon his extensive background in the hospitality industry, Michael made a transition into coaching and consulting. Recognizing the power of strengths-based development, he became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified International Coaching Consultant. Leveraging his years of experience as a general manager and financial controller, Michael guides entrepreneurs, managers, and teams to maximize their individual and collective talents.

Michael Finn
Michael Finn, RRP, CGP is an award-winning and noted leader with twenty-five-plus years of executive experience in real estate, hospitality and marketing communications. His experience, with Marriott, Starwood, and the private sector, has covered most all facets of project development (feasibility), upland operations, corporate partnerships, and investor relationships. His career has shown great accomplishments with a balance of executive positions in Sales, Marketing, Development, and Operations. Many of his teams have reached hundreds of millions of revenues, annually.
Michael’s expertise is in finding ways to connect dots and keeping everyone engaged, from partners, to teams, to initiatives and companies.
Michael was the founding chairman of ARDA-New England (American Resort Development Association) and has been a speaker and moderator at many national conferences and conventions (US and Canada). He has also been designated a Registered Resort Professional (RRP) and a Certified Green Professional (CGP). He is an expert in process improvement using Six Sigma techniques. He has written articles for Developments Magazine, The Resort Trades, and the Timeshare Beat and he has been cited for high performance in Vacation Industry Review, Vacation Ownership Review, and Timeshare and Vacation Ownership Review.

Cale Brown is an experienced professional with expertise in both commercial aviation and commercial real estate development. With over 12 years of diverse experience in management and as a professional pilot, Cale has amassed extensive flight experience in Part 135, 121, and 91 operations. He has a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating aircraft in various challenging conditions. Cale’s meticulous attention to detail and adherence to rigorous safety protocols have earned him a reputation for excellence among colleagues and clients alike.
In addition to his aviation expertise, Cale possesses a deep understanding of the commercial real estate development and construction industry. He has successfully spearheaded numerous projects, leveraging his strong analytical skills and market insights to identify lucrative investment opportunities. Cale’s strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex negotiations have resulted in the successful execution of high-value real estate ventures.Throughout his career, Cale has honed his management skills, overseeing teams and ensuring seamless operations.
